勋章的建议

我们有很多好看的勋章，可不知道是什么勋章，为什么不增加上鼠标放上可以显示的功能呢。

楼主兄弟如想了解勋章，那可至“SIS会员勋章管理规定 SIS会员勋章列表 http://69.4.239.126/bbs/thread-795896-1-1.html”里面了解情况，用鼠标放在各勋章上是可显示到这章的名称；希望楼主可以明白。
